ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

A repair all of a sudden might prove expensive and going in for an Annual Maintenance Contract can be beneficial. We help you focus on your business all round the year, without any Hardware & Software problems.

We provide two types of Annual Maintenance Contracts:

1. Comprehensive Type

This program provides comprehensive coverage during breakdowns and even schedules preventive maintenance for customers' hardware. Customers have the option to vary the coverage in many different ways suited to their environment. They may choose for only the provision of labour or for only parts replacement.

2. Non-Comprehensive Type

There is a fixed charge only for routine services, and extra fee is charged for additional repair services as well as the replaced parts. This program provides coverage only on per call-basis. Customers have to pay for both the repairs as well as the replaced parts.
